Abstract
Through reviewing and analyzing domestic and international literature, conducting expert and lecturer interviews, piloting with 100 students, and officially surveying 444 freshmen of the 2024 cohort enrolled in Physical Education (PE) courses at the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM), this study applied Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The results identified three measurement scales: (1) the scale of current conditions ensuring PE implementation, (2) the scale of students’ needs, purposes, and difficulties in learning PE at UFM, and (3) the scale of students’ activeness in learning PE at UFM. These findings provide a scientific basis for assessing the actual activeness of UFM students in Physical Education learning.
